Justin loves marketing. Almost as much as he loves talking – and listening - to people. So it’s no wonder that SparkQual is where he lays his hat.

After starting his research career with one of the big Dublin agencies as a dualist, he left to take up a role in brand management with Unilever. Whilst there he worked in various brand management roles in Ireland before taking up a position as Brand Development manager UK and Ireland with responsibility for Strategy, communications and innovation.

Justin is happiest when faced with a tricky Marketing challenge; Brand keys, Swots and Marketing Mixes are in his DNA.

Eventually all the globetrotting with Unilever was eschewed by Justin in favour of getting back to his Market research roots. At SparkQual, Justin works with clients to free brands to reach their true potential.

Often this involves chatting to consumers aged from 8 to 80 to understand their brand perceptions and why they behave as they do before translating these insights into actions that will deliver brand growth.

Justin’s friends describe him as energetic, always moving and dreaming up a plan. A description that suits him just fine.
